REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At TKCC CLOTHING & MERCHANDISE, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their
textile purchases. Because we deal in cut-piece fabrics, please read our policy regarding returns and
refunds carefully.
1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
Window: Return or replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
Original packaging and tags must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Fabrics that have been further cut, stitched, or damaged by the customer
are not eligible for return or replacement.
2. Policy Timelines
Return Request Review: 1 - 2 Business Days
Reverse Pickup: 3 - 5 Business Days (after approval)
Replacement Delivery: 5 - 10 Business Days (after receiving original item)
Refund Processing: 5 - 7 Business Days (post quality check)
3. Replacement Policy
Replacements are applicable only in cases where the product received is damaged, has a
manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item was sent. Upon receiving the returned item at our Varanasi
facility and passing a quality check, the replacement will be dispatched within the timeline mentioned
above.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment or provided as
store credit, as per your preference.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
