your textile and clothing orders in excellent condition and within the fastest possible timeline.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. In cases of high
order volume (such as festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a
significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all our
products from our facility in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
Local Delivery (Varanasi): 2 - 4 business days.
Domestic Delivery (Within India): 5 - 10 business days.
*Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to the performance of our third-party
logistics partners.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped, containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Damages
TKCC CLOTHING & MERCHANDISE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during
shipping. However, we strive to ensure our packaging is robust. If you receive your order damaged,

please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify us immediately with photographs of
the damaged packaging and product.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for non-delivery if the shipping address provided during the checkout
process is incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
